In July 2020, the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, announced the Kickstart scheme. The government has budgeted a massive £2billion towards the Kickstart scheme to aid employers in their recovery from the pandemic and get young people into work. The scheme offers a chance to Kickstart your career or your company and comes at no expense to the employer. The scheme won't last for ever, do not miss out!

To be eligible you must:
Be between ages 16 and 24
Be claiming universal credits
Be able to confirm that you are a GB resident so that we can help you to benefit from this once in a pandemic government backed initiative.
If you are unemployed and don't currently receive universal credits you can apply here
It takes just 20 minutes apply and you do not need to visit your local job centre unless you are asked to!

What the Scheme offers the job seeker
A 6 month paid high quality work placement with the real prospect of employment in a role which will include training and development and genuine career prospects.
25 hours paid for employment per week with at least national minimum wage whilst on the programme.
The employer may increase your hours and improve your terms.
Invaluable work experience, career counselling, CV Support and access to a host of work opportunities and the potential to transfer onto an apprentidceship.
